Antique 1900s Text Pages for Junk Journal, Scrapbook & Crafting | Vintage Book Pages
Authentic: This Paper Packet is made up of pages from an old Encyclopedia Britannica published and bound in Acron Ohio by The Werner Company during the early 1900s. They are NOT digital downloads or new stock that has been artificially aged.
The paper is medium-weight stock. It is mostly text with a few illustrations. The pages have a soft feel, and the smooth, porous surface takes watercolor pens, dye, and inks exceptionally well.
If you are purchasing them for printing, I have tested them in both my laser and inkjet printers, and they feed through without catching or binding.
The pages have been sorted and inspected for best quality and are free of pencil or pen marks, stamps, creases, rips, or holes.
The color is naturally aged ivory or antique white with slight darkening around the edges.
Format: 2 column
Things to do with old book pages:
- Junk journaling: Handmade books created from a variety of papers, often recycled or repurposed, and filled with ephemera, journaling, and art.
- Scrapbooking: Incorporating vintage papers and ephemera to add character, texture, and tell stories within scrapbook layouts.
- Collage: Creating artistic compositions by layering and adhering different materials, including vintage paper ephemera.
- Decorating: Using old books and pages as part of home decor, such as creating wreaths, flowers, or even framing individual pages.
